Raw Kale Salad Recipe

• Greens contain B vitamins, especially B6 and B9 (folate). Folate protects cervical cells and elevates mood by acting as a mild anti-depressant. Vitamin B6 in particular helps the liver break down and de-activate excess estrogen. Lack of B6 can cause irregular cycles, a progesterone deficiency, and poor egg quality. 

• All greens are crammed with fiber. When the liver breaks down excess estrogen, it is sent to the colon for removal. Eating more fiber encourages regular bowel movements, ensuring that the excess estrogen is removed from the body.

Salad Ingredients

·       1 Bunch Kale

·       ½ cup Olives

·       ½ cup Red Onions

·       ½ cup chopped Cherry Tomatoes

·       ¼ cup Hemp Seeds

·       ½ cup chopped Carrots


Sweet Herb Dressing

·       1/8 cup olive oil

·       1/8 cup apple cider vinegar

·       2 Tbsp Agave

·       1 tsp Sea Salt

·       1 tsp Garlic Powder

·       1 tsp Onion Powder

·       1 tsp Mustard Powder

·       1 tsp Black Pepper

·       1 tsp Rosemary

·       1 tsp Tarragon



1.     Chop Tomato

2.     Chop Onion

3.     Chop Kale

4.     Chop Olives

5.     Chop Carrots

6.     Add Dressing and massage kale with hands

7.     Add remainder of ingredients into the salad

8.     Boom its ready!
